How the XP3 Talent Mastery Program works

Learning Modules

For each component of the XP3 Talent System, we’ve created short training videos (averaging 5 to 10 minutes) and reading assignments from Hire, Train, Retain, which you'll complete before each workshop. These resources will help you grasp the methodologies, key objectives, and give you an introduction to the tools.

 

Workshops

The workshops are live Zoom sessions designed to guide you through the step-by-step implementation of the XP3 Talent System. Participants should be at their computers to log into the XP3 Talent Management platform at XP3TalentSystem.com for hands-on training and skill development.

 

Program Kickoff

The program begins with completing your Company Diagnostic & Assessment™ (CD&A). This helps identify your organization’s strengths (operational excellence) and areas for improvement. The results of this assessment guide the creation of your Quarterly Focus Plan™ and Leadership Team ROCKS.
