Performance Assessment: The #1 reason employees do not succeed as much as they could, should, and want to is because managers typically don’t do a good job of defining success. We’ve solved that problem as well with the XP3 Performance Assessment component that describes Unacceptable, Standard, and Excellence in the role. This also eliminates the need for annual reviews and replaces them with an employee-controlled process. When they believe they are ready for a review, they request a meeting to review their performance. Using the CP&A helps provide focus and a method to facilitate the discussion as well as track their progress and create a detailed development plan.  We currently have over 30 unique, role-specific CP&As, that you can select from and edit with your specifics, and we are continually adding more.
